August 14, 20197 yr Time to start talking about the 2020 Reds because the 2019 Reds are finished. I honestly believe the season ended with Sunday's loss to the Cubs. I know it's just one game in the standings, that theoretically could be made up elsewhere at another time. But, to me, it was all about momentum and a mindset. They HAD to win that game...and didn't.

You don't get bonus points for guts when you ruined our season! It's my fault. I believed him when he said he was ready. Obviously rushed him. Should've listened to the training staff and given him another start at AAA to see if he was ready. Thought his excitement would carry over to the rest of the team and they'd bounce back from Sunday's loss to the Cubs.

August 14, 20197 yr I'm sure he's been laughing at the last 3-4 years of Reds misery. The Reds did him a big favor letting him go. His HOF manager resume would have taken a hit if they had kept him.
