July 24, 20197 yr Not exactly a crowd pop, but I was at this one. When Aroldis fired that pitch high and inside on McCutchen, the collective pucker and inhale from the entire crowd was really really wild...and oddly enough, almost completely in-detectable from the broadcast video.

August 1, 20197 yr When Epps hit the game tying 3 in 1997 to send the game to OT against Arizona. That was the loudest event I have ever witnessed! It was crazy.....Watch it on Youtube. It's worth the search.
August 1, 20197 yr I was actually at Rupp when Tayshaun went nuts against UNC. It was dumb loud in there.
August 1, 20197 yr Two come to mind for me. Bengals/Steelers Playoff Game when Vontaze Burfict picked off Landry Jones for what everyone in the stadium believed was the game clincher. That pick and the AJ Green go ahead TD catch were the loudest I’ve ever heard PBS. The other would be the Ohio State/ Michigan game in 2016. Curtis Samuels TD run to end the game was hands down the most insane scene I’ve witnessed.
August 1, 20197 yr The 2007 UK defeat of #1 LSU in triple overtime. Woodson to Stevie Johnson gives UK a 43-37 upset as Cats come back from 13 down in 3rd to send it to OT. Field had more fans on it than the stands. Most stayed at least 1/2 hour after final horn. Rare moments need to be savored.
August 2, 20197 yr Feb. 4th, 2003 at Rupp against #1 Florida...Cats put a 15 point beatdown on the Gators and that place was wild from before the game until it was over. The best crowd, start to finish, I've ever seen at Rupp.
August 3, 20197 yr Kiss in Rupp Arena in 1976. For me it was KISS at Freedom Hall in ‘96 for the second show on the reunion makeup tour. It felt like 1976.
