Final

Congratulations Ads! I will be cheering for you at Papa Johns on Friday!

Big win for the Ads and another trip to the finals!

I told everyone this Danville team was tough!! Going to State again!! Good luck ADS!!

I listened to this game on both internet stations. Defensive line play of Danville seemed to be the difference. Mayfield just couldn't run on Danville and started going to Shelton passing. I thought they went to that too early. Then as the game wore on, roll-out passing. Mayfield got in the red zone 3 times but couldn't get it done. Mayfield announcers also critical of what they felt was atypical poor tackling by Mayfield defenders.

B.J. Strode is the man.

Just got back from the game. Congrats to the Ads on another trip to the big dance. Major kudos to the line play on both side of the ball. The offensive line created running lanes all night long and did a superb job of knocking the Cards off the ball. The defensive line defended the run as well as they have all year and put good pressure on the Mayfield qb in passing situations.

#26 Strode has really blossomed in the playoffs as a runner. I don't think he went down on the first hit all night long.

Mayfield had a very talented team as usual, but I just think it was our night tonight.

Congrats, Danville. You deserved the victory and good luck next week in Louisville. The Cards were a young team and shall return.

Good job Ads!! Tough hill to climb next week, Let's practice hard, work hard, and leave it all on the field.

Another great win by another very good Admiral football team. It should be a heck of a battle in the pizza box.

Great win for the Ads!Congratulations To Mayfield on a very good season!

B.J. Strode is the man!!!The O-line Did a great job firing off of the line! Gerald Hughs on defense was in on almost every play!!! I can't wait to get to Louisville!

Way to go ADS!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations to Coach Harp!He Did a great job keeping his players focused the entire game! Coach Perry deserves a Pat on the back! The Defense was phenomenal! They gave up a few big plays, but when it came down to it they slammed the door shut!!!

Great job Ads. Mercer fans will hang and cheer you on.

Zero points allowed in CKY tonight!!!!!!

Zero points allowed in CKY tonight!!!!!!

Im comming early to cheer for you guys!

WOW! Your right on the Zero Points!Defense Rulz!!!:ylsuper:

Congrats to on the win and good luck in the championship game. The game started out good for Mayfield then mistakes took the wind out of the sails on the first drive. The other drives where Mayfield got into the red zone just plain stopped them. Mayfield had no answer for the Admirals running game and that was the difference maker. Andy Travathean for Mayfield did a great job of running the ball tonight. It was just what Andy had been waiting to do since his injury.

To the Mayfield seniors you did a fantastic job this year. You were good leaders and set very good examples for the younger players on the team. Congratulations on four GREAT years playing for the Cardinals. Good luck in everything that you do after high school.
