Congratulations Ads on your win and good luck next week.:dancingpa

Congrats Danville...You have my support 100% next week...Congrats Mayfirld on another fine season. You exceeded my expectations after last years heavy graduation loss...

Congrats to Danville as they took care of business..and BJ Strode is a heck of a running back as is the other backs for Danville, but #26 killed us all night. Mayfield squandered too many opportunities in the first half as they were able to move the ball and shot themselves in the foot too many times, but alot of that was due to Danville stuffing the run. And while the backs are very talented the ADS line is where the game was won as they got into the Mayfield D-line and was able to push them around in a way they have not been all year. Good luck ADS next week against NCC...you are a classy program with classy fans as we had several fans come up to us during our post game show wishing us well and congrats on a great season. Just have one small piece of advice for the majority of ADS fans...while you showed up in great numbers at the game Friday night...make some noise at Papa Johns as that was the quietest home crowd I have ever heard for a substate game...especially seeing how you won 27-0...only a handful of people even clapped and cheered after the first touchdown.

AA and Titletown...is it like that at all the ADS games...very peculiar.

To the CARDS seniors...great job men on a great season...I know it did not end the way that you would have wanted it too...but you all exceeded expectations and at Mayfield sometimes that is hard to do.

The CARDS will be back...and possibly next year we can cheer each other on in our respected Class finals at Papa Johns...would be nice wouldn't it?

Congrats on the win AD's, you just flat outplayed us. Your O-Line reminded me of the tough line we saw against Graves and we were shut out in that one as well, at least we were mistake free in this one!! Good job seniors, you gave it your all and exceeded all our expectations.

I think if Danville plays like this again at the state finals they can't be stopped! Go on to state and make us proud ADs!!

Atlast I have woke from my sleep after than darn drive, congrats Ads, bring home that trophy I'll be pulling for you guys 100% and plan on trying to make the game. Difference as already stated was Danville's vastly superior line play. No suprises in this game, I knew it, you knew it and the coaches knew Danville was better up front before the kick so Mayfield tried to go with a little different game plan that involved alot more passing and of course it was to no avail. Its hard to win a game against the bestteam you have played all year when you get away from what got you to where you are. Mayfield should have been utilizing much more passing in tough situations all year rather to better prepare for last night. Anyway we gave it a shot and it didnt work and the best team won. Strode is a stud! Good lucks Ads!

Congrats to the Ads!! Bring it home.

Sleeping Giant awakened and is now stomping through the Villages of Ky. BRING ANOTHER TITLE TO TITLE TOWN! Carroll Co. supports you!!!!

Yes, unfortunately it is often like that. I've said it 100 times and I'll say it again....the Ads are a victim of their own success. It's almost as if many of the fans only get up for the state championship. I and several of the guys I sit with at the games have been very disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm shown by the fans over the past several years. I am probably one of the most vocal of fans and I didn't even attend Danville High School.

The "handful of people" you referred to in your post was probably our group you heard. In fact, I'm sure it was. It's just too bad that the fans aren't as hungry as the kids seem to be this year.

Mayfield just didn't look ready to play...wasted two timeouts with only ten men on the field in the first half! Poor tackling and our execution was average at best! Oh well, Mayfield had a great year and Danville had alot to do with the way we played. I do not think the Ad's are 27 points better. It was a pleasure to watch those seniors! That group is really fun to watch!

Strode is a great back and good luck next week...

After a couple days the loss has sank in and I realize that it was a great season. Before the season if you would have told me we would have had only 3 losses I would have never believed it. We are so spoiled by our success.

I am not sure that I congratulated Mayfield on their excellent season. Anyone that makes it that far in the playoffs is a quality team!
