I don't think an incoming freshman is a technically a transfer. By KHSAA rules, I believe a freshman can attend any school they want to in KY.

As long as he turns 19 AFTER Aug 1 he will be eligible his senior year.

I just watched a three minute clip from March. The kid has great vision and is an excellent distributor.
