Colin Porter Elliott County Transfer (Rumor)

Featured Replies

I'm hearing he did. Can anyone confirm or deny that Porter has transferred to Ashland?

Apparently his name is spelled with 1 l. The khsaa roster spelled it with 2 ll. Sorry for the misspelling in the title.

Big pickup for the Tomcats. I guess he pulled a Kevin Durant. If can’t beatum joinum. lol

How old is this kid?

I don't think an incoming freshman is a technically a transfer. By KHSAA rules, I believe a freshman can attend any school they want to in KY.

How old is this kid?

Turned 16 in August.

Dang! 16 as a freshman before school started. That explains a lot, just saying! If that’s true will he be eligible his senior year?

Pretty normal for the 15/16 region.

As long as he turns 19 AFTER Aug 1 he will be eligible his senior year.

I just watched a three minute clip from March. The kid has great vision and is an excellent distributor.

“Runs threw Ashland?” How far did he throw Ashland?

So this means he will be eligible? Correct?

He is eligible his senior year.
