March 14, 20197 yr Is there an Irish or Fighting Irish? Couldn't tell you on that, but that was one of the names that I thought of. I know there's been a few on the college level...Irish...Redmen...Orangemen...Herd...Crimson Tide...Wolf Pack. Don't know if there's any high schools in Kentucky that share any of those. Perhaps it jogs someone's memory?

March 14, 20197 yr I can't comment since I've been using the net. I did locate a page with every member of the KHSAA since inception. It lists the school, county nickname and is listed region by region. I had no clue Independence HS were the Trappers. PPersfan.
