I think Will Wade & Byrce Drew are very similar in Coaches. One just so happens to coach at LSU where Winning sometimes comes at all costs. Just my opinion. Camby took money from an outside source two years after joining Umass. Also Calipari had UMass turned around before Camby joined Umass. He was getting them into the top 25 before Camby. So not that great of an example.

The NCAA has been way too selective with who and how they decide to enforce their rules. Hire a few lawyers and dare them to say a word about it...

Technically the conversation just shows that he shot down getting paid, because they didn't accept the great deal he offered them lol. So the only thing it shows was him turning it down, not accepting anything. Which may never be able to prove he did accept anything, so can't really suspend him.

The wiretap is about the middle man turning it down, because he wasn't getting enough. I've not read anywhere that the player accepted or turned down any offer. So what you are saying is right. I'm sure there is a call with him or his mom talking to the wiretap dude and talking over the the offer.
