Question, will there be a live feed of this game? I know CCH stated they were going to have live feeds of the home basketball games, but I am yet to have seen them put this plan in action. Anyone in the know, have any idea if this is still the plan or have they scrapped that plan and just do the internet broadcast?

I haven't been to their campus in a few years. Is parking bad? Do I need to arrive before the JV game to ensure getting a spot?

Not sure but I know Cooper was allotted 200 tickets which were sold on Wednesday then I saw in a CCH thread that they were Pre-selling tickets on Thursday. Just have a feeling that a lot will be turned away if they don’t have a ticket already.

It's a matter of bandwidth. You can easily stream audio up using wi-fi but for quality video up you should have a wired ethernet connection.

 

Video files are much larger and when you are using a video camera you typically need the wired connection unlike using a phone with Facebook live.

 

It sounds like CCH has wifi but no cable run currently.

It doesn't sound like there will be video streams in the near future for the reasons listed above, but all of the games will have an audio broadcast.

If they play 10 times, Cooper wins 8-9. CCH would have to have the shooting night of their lives to grind out a win. Cooper is so strong defensively, they take you out of your normal game and force you to play what they give you. No disrespect intended here for CCH...they are VERY good. Cooper is simply better...senior talent,well coached,strong kids.

I think CovCath wins by 6-8, the winner MIGHT get to 50, the loser certainly won't. Will feel very GCL'ian. Grind it out, low scoring, great defense, two big and rowdy student sections, and a ton of passion in the building. Will be (if it isn't already) sold out.

 

I completely disagree with the sentiment that Cooper would win 8 or 9 out of 10, but I guess we'll save that debate for this weekend when Round 1 is in the books.

 

I love Sully, and I would put him in the best handful of coaches in the Commonwealth...but this is the one game on the Jags' schedule where he is matched by another of one of those handful of best coaches. I love Sully's demeanor and his obvious relationship with his kids, but Ruthsatz's two state Championships are obviously very impressive.

 

Will be a great one.

I agree 8-9 out of 10 wins go Cooper. I think all 10 a toss up.. it's always a great match up. Not sure why they continue to play it in such small gym.... BBT. I look for Cooper D to be the game changer & Jags W in a close 1
