The Nation's Christian Academy (CEO and coach Mike Woodbury) is heard profanely berating a young, foreign player that wanted to transfer. It is the ugliest, vilist tirade I have ever heard in my life. Google it should you wonder how any man desiring to coach our youth could ever talk to a player like this. Doesn't belong in any sports program anywhere! Mike Golic called Woodbury a "punk" on the radio this morning.

I'm usually not one to quickly rush to thinking someone should lose their job, but man, I don't know how you allow this guy to still coach kids.

That kid should have decked him. wow.

According to Golic, the coach is also C.E.O. of the school and highly unlikely to fire himself. Must take Board action if indeed there is a legitimate board. Is this a legitimate school? Or, a faux school solely for the purpose of financial rewards for a coach and a supposed program? Those are questions as I have not done the research. The school's name gives me pause to think it could have a leader operate like this.

Guy has no business coaching kids that's for sure.

The Florida Association of Christian Colleges and Schools has revoked National Christian Academy's membership.

Whether he "fires himself" as coach or not, his ship is about to sink. I read the kid he's verbally abusing was living with Woodbury and his wife. This cannot be the first time this guy has done this. Makes me wonder if he also went off on kids during his AAU coaching days and because he was successful, folks just looked the other way.
