October 30, 20187 yr Author Only complaint I have is Wash State ahead of Kentucky and Ohio State. I would personally have Wash State behind UK, OSU, and WVU. Not bad for first rankings though.
October 30, 20187 yr It will probably only last for 7 days but I didn't think I'd ever see in the college football rankings Kentucky ranked in front of Ohio State.
October 31, 20187 yr Kentucky at 9 makes this weekend's game a battle among two 'top tens'. So it makes for good marketing for a few days. Washington State is the only west coast team on the list. So they have to keep that part of the country talking somehow. So it makes sense they have them elevated a bit.

October 31, 20187 yr Author I agree. It's a joke that OSU is still in the top 10. Oh come fc, you know you don’t mean it. Haha In all honesty I don’t really care where Ohio State was today because it doesn’t matter. If we win out we’re good. These rankings are really for teams like UK and Wazzu. It lets them know that, hey we like what you’re doing right now and we’ll probably put you in the playoff if you keep it up. There were 12 teams that had a shot before these rankings and 12 teams that still have a shot after these rankings.
October 31, 20187 yr I don't agree with LSU being ranked ahead of an undefeated Notre Dame. After all even according the their own rankings Notre Dame's best win is better than LSU's best win. But I figure that issue will resolve itself after this weekend.
October 31, 20187 yr Very interesting that LSU is #3. If they beat Alabama this weekend, there’s going to be lots of drama.
October 31, 20187 yr UCF hasn’t played a team with a winning record this year. They have Temple, UC and South Florida coming up. Oh yea and Ohio State lost to 4-4 Purdue hmm.
