Coach Hoof and his staff have his team going in the right direction. I only hope they aren't looking too far into the future wanting to get another chance at LCA. I don't see that happening, the Rams explode offensively early, get to rest a few kids and win the game 38-14.

I was told that Rams starters played almost the whole game???

By the size and speed of the Paris players, I would hesitate to put some younger players in as well.

LCA faced that same dilemma, and only put the younger kids in with about 2 minutes left. It was STILL a risk, as some of the younger kids weigh in at 130-150 vs. 300+ pound Paris players...:eek: :eek:

Hey Raceland fans - what is the condition of the field for this game?

Someone started a thread about this and so it made me wonder what the condition of the field will be for this game - especially after last weeks beating the field probably took!

I heard that someone tried to make conversation with a Paris Dad about that and the Paris guy was not in the mood to talk about it.

There is a chance of showers here today, but it isn't raining now. It is supposed to clear up tomorrow and be sunny and 47 Friday. Hopefully this will dry the field up some, at least better than last week. As for the condition of the field, I didn't drive that way this morning, so I couldn't say exactly. Maybe someone else could???

Rams starters did not play the entire game. Raceland JV and Freshman was out there. Cody Kelly and Bobby Mckee etc... are freshman

I think our defense has great respect for the bigger boys of Paris however scared is not a word that is allowed in their vocabulary. Its hard hitting all the way and if one Ram cant bring them done a host of his buddies will. Much respect to Paris but the Rams line will be ready.

It should be decent for Friday night. Before last Friday we played away for 3 weeks and had an open date. It was wet last week but in excellent shape for the start of the game. It got chewed up some around midfield but if it will dry out it should be pretty fast.
