It should be decent for Friday night. Before last Friday we played away for 3 weeks and had an open date. It was wet last week but in excellent shape for the start of the game. It got chewed up some around midfield but if it will dry out it should be pretty fast.

I think our defense has great respect for the bigger boys of Paris however scared is not a word that is allowed in their vocabulary. Its hard hitting all the way and if one Ram cant bring them done a host of his buddies will. Much respect to Paris but the Rams line will be ready.

I am worried about this game KF11, although the score was lopsided Paris made some good adjustments and outscored us in the 2nd half. I do feel confident that the Ram coaching staff have studied these films and others and got this situation corrected. Paris could very well come down here and end our Rams season tommorrow night if the Rams do not stay focused on this game. I also feel confident that they will do just that.

I'm worried myself Rambler. You are correct, Paris did make adjustments and did outscore Raceland in the second half, but at the same time Vanderhoof always calls the dogs off early in a blow out.

 

I am confident that the right preparations have been made for Raceland to come out on top Friday night.

 

Now we find out if it is a Northern Ky Playoff jinx or just a Playoff jinx in general.

I was impressed with what I heard about Washington's adjustments.

Now the rest will depend on if the rest of the Paris team wanting to step up and play on that notch that they can play on. They are loaded with talent- I just don't know if the right offense is being run with what they have?

Personally I would run the option with the group he has- I would have my offense in the wishbone- ............... I am sure he has made some changes since what he has run all year got stopped all night long. And how many times do you allow a kid to fumble? Nothing harsh meant towards the kid, but wouldn't you take him out till he can prove that he is going to hold onto the ball???

The best offense the Rams ran this season IMO was at Nicholas Co. They mixed in a variety of formations that night, including a lot of I Formation. The offense seemed to click better that night then it has all season.

I just got done talking with a mother of one of the Ram players. She relayed to me that the Rams have had one of their best weeks of practice this year in this past week. Our coaches have been keeping them focused on THIS week and last week vs. Paris was excatly that............Last week. The Rams had several beakdowns on defense and offense in the 2nd half last week and have been working hard to correct them. The coaches from what i understand have been making adjustments to compensate for the loss of Denton and Boyles. Some kids are going to have to step up vs. the Greyhounds this week and I believe that they can. Raceland football is not about one or two players, it is a TEAM. We will have to see how they come out and react this week. GO RAMS!!!!!:flame:

:thumb: Also one of the best advantages for our offense this season has been our defense.:ylsuper: The "D" has kept the Rams "O" in good field postion for the most part in every game.
