April 23, 20188 yr Good on Mr. Shaw being a hero! Hid in a restroom when shots were fired & then rushed the gunman when the guy paused. He was grazed in the elbow by a bullet too. If a person of age provides an underage person with alcohol, or if a licensed driver gives his or her keys to an unlicensed driver, etc. they should be charged with something.
