In what world does a psycho who opens fire, while naked mind you, and murders 4 people get bond?

 

Court set this lunatics bond at $2MM. This guy has no business having the option of being out of jail while awaiting trial.

 

According to an attorney friend, in Tennessee he believes they have to set a $$$ bond. In most cases they set it to in full, instead of just 10% of bond which is normal.
