I'd like Baylor's chances at finishing that trio 0-3...1-2 at best by nipping T. Tech who is in a free-fall. Digging into the archives for the Ohio U loss, huh? You want to look at some Baylor losses over the last 3 years too? Won't be pretty. Guy is an average coach, no more, no less. Much ado about nothing.
October 25, 200619 yr I have no inside information, but my gut tells me this is likely to happen. We all know Joker Phillips, is well, a joke. IMO, conducting a nationwide search would be prudent, but I just have an odd feeling that Sanders was brought in for a reason, and not to be QB coach. I would appreciate any comments. If Mitch Barnhart is catching heat for bringing in former successful Oregon Head Coach, St. Louis Ram Head Coach, and Super Bowl participant Atlanta Falcon defensive coordinator Rich Brooks as UK Head Coach, what would happen if he named Randy Sanders the next UK Head Coach? Keep in mind, Randy Sanders was run out of Knoxville. I personally like him and do think he is a good quarterback coach, but your speculation is way, way off base in my opinion.

October 25, 200619 yr yeah Brooks knew he would be a future hall of famer..... Well what he did know was he was the NFL rookie of the year 2 years before and 2nd in the NFL in rushing (57 yards behind Emmit Smith). Brooks tried to take a 250 pound back (well, that is what they listed him at...lol) and have him run sweeps, instead of running him between the tackles like the previous coach did. Not real smart if you ask me. :creepy:

October 25, 200619 yr Rather have Joker or Ron Hudson? Joker or Elliot Uzelac? Joker's offense isn't the problem with this team.. Defense and health is. :thumb: I agree, I don't really like joker's offense at all but as painfull as it is to say it is the bright point to this team. Special teams and defense (where imo games are won and lost) are pathetic. Archer is the ultimate joke on a staff where there are plenty of jokes to go around.JMO.
October 25, 200619 yr IMO if they fire brooks they have to send the entire staff packing. Maybe Guy Morris and his staff should have been paid properly. Look at what Baylor is doing. :thumb: :thumb: I agree! Barhart had to get his washed up pac 10 / NFL failure buddy in there and the team and the fans are suffering for it.
