March 19, 20188 yr Shocked by this one, but being my dislike for North Carolina runs strong, and MY bracket was already busted, this one made me smile. I like T A&M though not as much since they joined the SEC.:lol2:

March 19, 20188 yr This was the perfect team to beat Carolina. Legit bigs that could play. Anybody who has watched Carolina knows that’s their weak point and it was exposed tonight. They hadn’t played a team with an inside that big since Michigan state and that game too was a blowout. The margin surprised me though.

March 19, 20188 yr Texas A&M was impressive. Really strong inside and played with a lot of poise. Nothing UNC tried shook them. They kept working for good looks and knocked them down.

March 19, 20188 yr Besides the UK games, I enjoyed watching this game more than any other game in the first two rounds. I just loved how unflappable A&M was and no matter what UNC tried they got nowhere that entire second half.

I knew A&M was capable of beating UNC but they controlled the game basically from the start.
March 19, 20188 yr The margin is what surprised me as well. I knew A&M was capable of beating UNC but they controlled the game basically from the start. Carolina was running away the first 6-7 minutes I think, went up 20-13. Then A&M clicked and it all went downhill from there.

They lead for the most of the first 8:00 mins or so but until they stretched it out to 20-13 it was back and forth. A&M went on about a 2:00 drought and UNC made some separation but that lasted about 2 seconds.
