Final. What a game! Oldham Co. wins on a 3 pointer by Henderson.

Oldham will take on the Cov. Cath and Fern Creek winner tomorrow night at 8:00pm.

This tournament has the makings of one the best overall tournaments in years!

Oldham County with a great 4th quarter comeback, capitalizing on poor free throw shooting by the Camels.

 

Colonels also put the clamps on the Campbell County backcourt. Day and Clos never really got going.

 

Still, a very good season for the Camels.

This is already the 3rd or 4th time I've said this during this tournament that it is sad someone had to lose this one.

8th region is tough!

Oldham was lead by Larimore with 23 and Henderson with 18. Campbell put 3 players in double figures: Wilson with 16, Jolly with 14, and Lawrence with 10. There were only 2 ties and 2 lead changes and one of those was at the end. Campbell lead for over 21 minutes of the game. Both teams struggled at the line Campbell was only 47% 7-15 and Oldham was 50% 9-18.

@camelman I know it's hard to think about now but it sounds like CC will be really tough next yr. I'll deff make it a point to check them out

Didn’t go to the game but I’m reading on social media that possibly the Cov Cath Coach was inconsiderate and the Cov Cath crazies were inappropriate immediately after the game towards the CC team. Are there any truths to these accusations? If so, that’s out of bounds.
