Sorry I'm late. This is a huge week around the state, with some great games. The voting, albeit short this week, should be very close. Of the games listed, between Top 10 teams, which do you think is the "must see" game of the week?

Try to leave your "favorite team" hat off, honestly, which would you most want to see live?

By the way, the previous 7 winners:

Bowling Green at Warren Central (24 votes out of 82)

St. Xavier vs. Highlands (57 votes out of 82)

CovCath at Beechwood (28 votes out of 75)

St. Xavier vs. Trinity (67 votes out of 85)

Beechwood at NewCath (27 votes out of 70)

Bell Co. at Rockcastle Co. (38 votes out of 50)

Western at LaRue Co. (18 out of 35 votes / closest by far)

Which game is next to get the recognition?

I could see the voting here turning out to be the folks from the East versus the rest of the state. You know JC / Ashland is a big game since no one expects #1 v. #3 in "AAAA" to run off with this "title."

I have to go with the Tomcats vs. the Golden Eagles.

If you didn't vote for Male/X, you ought to be ashamed...

Why is that? Just because they aren't 4A, the Ashland -Johnson Central game should be just as, or even more exciting than the Male/X game.

The Male -vs- St. Xavier is the monster...it wil have the biggest attendance, highest profile players...and a decent champ at a state champion.

I can't argue with that, but it still doesn't mean it will be a btter game than the Ashland-Johnson Central game.

With Anderson vs. Beaumont, I personally think it will be.

What is the attendance expected to be at this game?

Two of the top three teams in the state, and the top two candidates for Mr. Football. Regular Season District Title and homefield playoffs advantage for the toughest district in the state. There is no question.:thumb:

Above 10K

Obviously, the Male/X game is higher profile but that doesn't mean everyone would vote that way. It is a matter of where your interest lies. I think this weeks vote is bearing that out and it is interesting to see it play out.
