Predictions on 10th Region

Featured Replies

People better watch out for PC. No one plays a tougher in season or summer schedule than these guys. Belcher is for real and there young guys will step up. They may struggle early but they will win their district and if Mason and Clark draw on same side watch out.

I agree that Belcher is the real deal, but PC will not come close to beating Clark or Mason Co. IMO: PC will struggle to get to a .500 record this year.

They may play 500 ball, but beating the press may be an issue. I hope that Kane is used a lot to beat the press.

Well even though I would like Augusta to win (it is a dream) I would pick (close one too) betwen GRC & Mason. I would pick GRC

Have you seen them play?

I have seen the King Twins play and I will say both of them are just as good as any other 8th grader in our region.

Last year as 7th graders they played JV and made differences in games. They also won the 7th and 8th grade Limestone Championships which has most teams in our region. It contains: Fleming Co, Bracken Co, Augusta, Deming, St. Pat, and Nicholas Co. Mason Co. used to be in the Limestone but went to another conference. I will say this and I feel comfortable saying it. The King Boys probably couldnt beat Mason Co. by themselves, but they both could start on Mason Co. team and make them good..

We did lose a lot, but I think this will be the test of Coach Reitz having 4 years to make a difference. This years seniors are his first 4 year class. Reitz is a great coach, and this should be proof of his ability. Good Luck Camels!!

They did lose a lot, but as a 10th Region basketball fan I have the utmost respect and faith in Coach Reitz. He seems to do a great job regarding the amount of talent he is given. Good Luck Coach Reitz!

All the tenth region powerhouses there huh....

The last comment. Are you saying they'd start Varsity for Mason County?

There are over 700 boys at CCHS right? Now think about the "intramural" team at PC a few years ago. They would have destroyed Augusta or Deming on an average year.

What PC "intramural" team are you talking about?

Nathan Jones was on it. Who has ever played at Augusta or Deming could guard him on the post?

You're not serious are you?? I'll be honest and say I haven't knowingly seen them play, but "start for Mason County" as 8th graders is a stretch?? I don't think Darius Miller started or even played for their varisty as an 8th grader and he's a major D-1 prospect!!

is this a joke. Last year CCHS killed Deming varsity with there JV team in 3/4 the game. The same JV that will play this year. Ill bet anyone they win.

I dont know about Augusta though.

While I agree with the point you are making, didn't Miller knock down a 3 or two in the state finals as an 8th grader, or was that his freshman year?

I mean their Jr. High Team.... The King Twins can play at Mason Co.

I remember the same, but I think it was his freshman year; after Lofton graduated. I'm sue one of the Mason faithful will remember.

Having 2 kids that can play for Mason's Middle School team can't possibly impress anyone.

Miller was brought up as an 8th grader midway through but rarely played any minutes .But he did get on the floor at Rupp as an 8th grader you are correct. Why is everyone using Mason County in all this the King Boys go to Deming not Mason we have nothing to do with them. These kinda threads is why theres so Mason haters out there because everything being said is having Masons name in it and theres no Mason posters even saying anything.
