We did lose a lot, but I think this will be the test of Coach Reitz having 4 years to make a difference. This years seniors are his first 4 year class. Reitz is a great coach, and this should be proof of his ability. Good Luck Camels!!

 

I agree with Coach Rietz being a fine coach, and a class act; but what's he actually got left in this year's senior class, other than the couple of big guys I believe? IMO, he'll live or die with the development of the junior class? I still contend his best, recent chance at Campbell was last year with Clines, White & Co. Will be an interesting year in Claryville, but no way they belong out of the region's top ten!!

Miller was brought up as an 8th grader midway through but rarely played any minutes .But he did get on the floor at Rupp as an 8th grader you are correct.Why is everyone using Mason County in all this the King Boys go to Deming not Mason we have nothing to do with them.These kinda threads is why theres so Mason haters out there because everything being said is having Masons name in it and theres no Mason posters even saying anything.

I believe the only poster referring to Mason was the original saying these kids can start for Mason, which elicited some contrary response. Don't think anyone is trying to create "Mason haters", but rather respecting their program, by saying a couple of 8th graders starting for them is crazy!!

 

 

Having 2 kids that can play for Mason's Middle School team can't possibly impress anyone.

 

Let's face it, Mason is the measuring stick in that area. If he's referring to them being able to play for the area's premier program (at their age level); that is a big deal to the Deming faithful, I would think. They obviously don't regularly get the caliber of talent that Mason does, and should be pleased with good young players heading to the Devils, who would be good enough to start on Mason's junior high teams.
