I dunno...

Hey what's with the interrogation??????

Atleast ya admit it!!!

The Braves have had some great teams over the last few years and produced some even greater players but I can't for the life of me stand them!! It is a combo of Turner & Hanoi Jane along with a rocking chair coach & waddling cry baby manager that turned me away.( also announcers)

I did however, enjoy watching Dale Murphy. One of the best players to ever play the game IMO.

I may be wrong, since I haven't really followed the Braves but it seems they just forgot about Murphy after he left. Have they done anything to honor his service to their organization?

I dunno...

No interrogation at all, just a question. Why so defensive. :D

:thumb: I agree, Murphy and Horner were GREAT ball players and I also enjoyed watching those two.

That was my 2nd favorite team growing up because they were always on:

C : Bruce Benedict

1B: Chris Chambless

2B: Glenn Hubbard

3B: Bob Horner

SS: Rafeal Ramirez

LF: Claudell Washington

CF: Dale Murphey

RF: Is the only one I don't remember right off my head.

GT: The Marlins are so cheap I don't think they would take him. I also am a Cabrerra fan + enjoy DTrain. I don't think they would be the guys I'd ship.

I'D LOVE TO SEE HIM A BRAVE BY THE WAY!

AROD + VLADI.... that would be interesting.

While we are on it where do you think Sheffield will end up?

D Train and Cabrerra for A-Rod... :D

Griffey, Dunn, Narron, controlling stock in Proctor & Gamble and ownership of the Skyline Chili chain for A-Rod and Torre. :D

That was a fun team to watch, full of just pure baseball players .

That was a joke about the rumor hssb, LRCW and I started earlier in the year that became a big story in Cincinnati... ;)

I know Murphy played CF for a while, but when that team really started to take off, they moved Murphy to CF when they acquired Brett Butler and put him in CF.

What year was David Justice called up, he was after Murphy wasn't he?

Justice's first year for the Braves, was '89 I think but he didn't play much until the following year.

Murphy left right around '90 I believe.
