Covington Catholic is 8-0 after a 52-0 rout of Highlands.

Dixie Heights is 3-5 and coming off an open week.

Comparing common opponents does not bode well for Dixie’s chances, they lost to Highlands 0-47 in the last game.

Can the Red Colonels keep it close and have a shot against the Blue Colonels?

Dixie non existent passing game will get them destroyed vs the CovCath D. Box will be loaded and clock will be running by half.

No real way to dissect this game IMO. CCH should take care of business, and win their 2nd straight district.

Cov Cath will have a very early running clock in this one. If you have a one dimensional offense against a superior team that doesn’t bode well for you.

CCH-57

Dixie-0

The clock is gonna get a workout.

CovCath JV by 20

Cov Cath by 90

Beat Dixie by 99 or by 1 gentlemen, for it doesn't matter by how many, just that you win!

Keep your ears shut to strangers, over zealous fans, and those who think games are won on paper, just play your game, listen to your Coaches, keep playing hard and remember you are a team of many and not of just 1 or 2.

Continue to keep that highway out in front of CovCath and Dixie to be known as The CovCath Hwy, as CovCath owns that road.

Been CovCath highway since 2007.

Get up 21-0 and play JV. Save starters.

Game is at Dixie.

27-0 per voters to this point. Enough said.

All blueboys...congrats on reaping the benefits of a growing youth football funnel and SOLID leadership!

Looking ahead, beware of team speed and turnovers...carry on!!!

I agree with you Content. The Covcath youth program is very good and well coached. The Colonels must eliminate penalties and turnovers, but turnovers have not been a big problem. The stupid penalties have to stop!
