Madison Central is coming off a big win. The Birds are coming off a loss and a long break. How do you think this one will play out?

Highlands should win this one in a big way. They are the team to beat in 3A in my opinion.

Madison Central has an uphill battle in this one. They have looked really good on offense at times, and really bad on defense at times. Are they a huge underdog.....yes, should Highlands overlook them....no.

 

Highlands went up by around 30 points in last years game only for MC to have 3 quick scores in the 4th quarter to make it a decent game.

 

The TE (#19, can't spell his name) last year had a great game against MC. I am just glad he graduated.

 

MC has the playmakers to score some points, I am just not sure they can stop Kramer and company.

Highlands should win this pretty comfortably.

Highlands will win this by as bad as they want to make it.

I wouldn't want to be HHS's opponent this week.

I don't know too much about MC, but I predict:

Even though the Birds are nursing some injuries.... the bye week will help them get rejuvenated and they will roll in an offensive game 44-20. MC Varsity will score a couple of TD's vs. the HHS JV in the 2nd half.

I haven't seen MC play this year, but if they have the type of speed they did last year they can score points in a bunch as you pointed out.

 

I was impressed with MC last year. Nice team that was well disciplined and executed the game well. They had no answer for Guidugli as you pointed out, but he's gone this year.

 

While I expect Highlands to win (don't I always :banana:) I'm not expecting it to be a romp and I expect for it to be a high scoring game.

MrRk and I are hoping to be at this game also. I said I'd never be back at Highlands again in my life a few years ago - little did I know that I would be and believe it or not - cheering for Highlands:D Life is strange;)
