No. I don't think so. The LS game will be a good one though I believe.

I'm not sure many believe HHS is the third best team in NKY.

Not really.

 

First, they are at best the 4th best team and maybe lower.

 

Second, when Highlands was winning 10 straight titles or whatever there was not a whole lot behind them in NKY other than good small class teams Beechwood and NCC. NKY 6A was a mess and losing games regularly to smaller schools. CovCath was getting routed by Highlands every year. About every 10 years Dixie or SK had a decent team that would be capable of losing by 50 to a Louisville team.

Which is exactly the point I tried to make in a related thread. Some may not like to hear it, but at this point in time, NKY football is not strong.

I think NKY has 2 respectable teams which could play in title games this year which isn't bad. They have Beechwood and Cov Cath.

 

Usually only have a couple so I don't think it's that much different than other years except that some teams that can usually make it a couple rounds in post season may not be able to this year.

Saw a lot of comments in the game thread about poor officiating. Were the calls one sided or equally poor for both teams?

Sounded like no flags were thrown until the end of the game.

Just proved my point. Coaches had them 3 but no one else who saw them woukd have them 3. Like I said they are 5 on my list. I have CCH Beechwood SK and Ryle all above them.

CCH is STRONG. Mark my word....
