Playing on national TV is cool. Getting slaughtered on national TV isn't.

Multiple 2018 D1 players on Cathedral. Apparently the same goes for the 2019 kids as well. There are 2 Toledo commits going against each other. That will be neat. They talk mulitiple times a week with the other 2018 Toledo commits. They plan on meeting at midfield before and after the game.

I feel for Ryle in this one. This won't end well.

I agree.

If I recall this was scheduled after St X Cincy backed out of the Ryle match up. Coaches had to schedule someone. Cathedral doesn't have a home field so they play the whole season on the road. This happens to be Ryle's homecoming too. It will certainly be interesting. Maybe introducing the homecoming court at halftime will take eveyones attention off the scoreboard : )

Why in the world would they want to broadcast such a mismatch ? Trinity during the first two weeks of the season, now that was worth tv time. Saint Xavier Louisville in the first and third week, now that is worth broadcasting. This game I hardly think so.

September will be a bad month for Boone County teams on tv. SK plays Cooper at SK and it will be a star 64 game.
