September 27, 200619 yr I'm not completely convinced, people can put on acts to hide there depression, happens all the time, first thing people usually say after a suicide, "i never would have thought they would have done this, they seemed so happy" They're immidiate friends and family tend to know that something was up (Publicist saying he's depressed) but outsiders looking out would have no clue (media/fans/In TO's case teammates).

He's agreeing with me:D , he just read the entire police report on air and says that he has worked with liars his whole career as a lawyer and he says TO is lieing. Also if TO was so lathargic that he didnt know he was answering questions, how is he able to take 2 more pills?

If he is on hydrocodone 7.5's and he took 2 then soon thereafter took 2 more, if he's not a pathologic druggie, he would be what I would term "lethargic".
