July 19, 20179 yr CNN has an interesting article regarding the predictable pattern regarding police shootings. There's a predictable pattern to a fatal police shooting. But not in the case of Justine Ruszczyk - CNN.com Thank you for this article. It kinda supports the focus on this incident that I was aiming for, where I got the impression that some others weren't too keen on where I was coming from.

July 20, 20179 yr Apparently the officer has declined an interview with the investigating agency. That doesnt make it look any better.
July 20, 20179 yr This officer is toast, in my opinion, unless there's a serious pile of info out there that hasn't been made public.
July 20, 20179 yr Apparently the officer has declined an interview with the investigating agency. That doesnt make it look any better. The fact that he even has the option to decline it is problematic.
July 20, 20179 yr Author The fact that he even has the option to decline it is problematic. I think it definitely makes him look even worse, but it's not really any different than anyone else simply refusing to answer questions if being investigated by authorities. Everyone has the right to decline to comment.

July 20, 20179 yr The fact that he even has the option to decline it is problematic. Cops are evil AND they don't get the same rights as the thugs on the street?
July 20, 20179 yr That silly constitution gives everyone that right. Absolutely. Doesn't mean I have to agree with it.

July 20, 20179 yr So you believe people suspected of a crime should be forced to answer questions? Im not sure how you could force someone to answer questions, but I don't have a problem with them at least having to be "available."
July 20, 20179 yr Im not sure how you could force someone to answer questions, but I don't have a problem with them at least having to be "available." Huh?
July 21, 20179 yr That silly constitution gives everyone that right. We do pick and chose how to follow it.
