July 7, 20179 yr Up the Pearl river into China. It was cinder block walls, no doors with a trough that ran thru the the middle of all of the units. So basically anything that was uphill would have to pass thru the next unit. No steady stream of water or anything to flush with. Smell was so horrible. Luckily I was there for a number 1. They did not have western toilets in the place. The trough was were you were to squat over.

July 7, 20179 yr The original Cunningham's in Louisville before it burned down. I am pretty sure you had about an 80% chance of getting syphillis when using the facilities there.
July 7, 20179 yr I've found the port-o-johns that sit near the starting line of region and state XC races to be horrendous with all the kids going in to fire one off before they race.
July 7, 20179 yr My dad tells this story and I have so much respect for him. Growing up we camped a lot. There were 6 of us, 5 daughters and one son. Wayside public restrooms were not always available. My dad says he would hold us so we could "go". He was tall with long arms. He says that no matter how he tried to position himself, we would still manage to hit his sandals. :lol2:

At halftime, me and a few thousand extremely intoxicated fans head to the restroom under the stands. As is typical at a football game, halftime crowds are quite large. I get in line, 6-8 abreast, a good 25 patrons deep. When I get near the end of the line, I realize everyone in all 6-8 lines are relieving themselves against a cinder block wall, with one drain in the floor!!! So, when in Rome, ......
July 7, 20179 yr Twice in my lifetime, I have witnessed guys too lazy to walk to the bathrooms at a concert and proceed to relieve themselves right there in the middle of the crowd while trying to be inconspicuous so my answer is the lawn at Riverbend Music Center.

I've seen that at Riverbend and others. The '80s and '90s were different times. :lol2:
July 7, 20179 yr Hotels are your best bet. Pull off at an exit at with a hotel. Walk through the lobby like you belong there. There are always bathrooms on the first floor. This is the truth. Especially if you can find one near the conference rooms, unless a conference is going on these are usually as if they were just cleaned.
