Awesome. Congrats to Rondale. Great school, great city, and one of the big dogs in college football. I wonder when's the last time a someone from the state played at UT. Considering the Longhorns past dominance in Texas recruiting and the amount of talent in that state probably not many from here have been given the opportunity.

Looks like U of L dropped the ball on this one. Same for Herron. Both had U of L on their radars in the beginning. Trinity is a tricky drive from U of L: Eastern Parkway, Cherokee Triangle (the tricky part), Grinstead Drive, Lexington Road, Shelbyville Road.

Nick Petrino could have shown his father how to get to 4011 Shelbyville Road.

With the crime rate sky rocketing in Louisville at this moment, can't blame the kid for going elsewhere.

EXACTLY!! Until UofL (specifically Petrino) starts to take notice of the talent this in this state, and in a lot of cases less than 15 mins away from PJ stadium, I hope players to continue to go elsewhere. There is a great story in yesterday's LCJ on this exact subject which highlights how UofL virtually ignores players right under their nose and keeps running to Florida to get players.
