Only "Witch Queen Of New Orleans" and "Alone Again Or"

Run,I only know the Kiss cover. The only 10cc song I really know is The things we do for love.

I finally found a nice .50 cent copy of Deceptive Bends.

I'm 52.

Am I the only one that listened to the radio when I was young? :lol2:

:idunno: I don't know you people at all. :lol2:

:lol2: My radio station was WBGN a.m. They stayed on the mainstream path...Eagles,Kansas,Pink Floyd,Frampton. The request line would get you some Sabbath.:ylsuper:

Argent's "hold Your Head Up" I am sure most have heard. They also originally did "Liar" covered in a big way by Three Dog Night.

Surely you know this song from Redbone, even if only from the movie Guardians of the Galaxy.

I do recognize the "Come and get you love" tune, but I would have never been able to guess who did it.

Youngster.

Really?

Never heard of Redbone, heard of 10CC, but not the song mentioned, and I knew Argent did the original.

I find it funny when I mention Donnie Iris or his 1980 hit "Ah Leah"......most say "never heard of him or the song", but when it's played they quickly remember him and the tune. :lol2:

I'll take that all day, thanks. :thumb:

Though it's the dang song title, for years I could never figure out what he was saying when he'd say "Ah Leah" over and over.

Really?

Seriously, that's one band for sure that got by me.

The girl that works part time at our golf course told me she had never heard of Fleetwood Mac. I was listening to them on my tablet and she said, 'That sounds pretty good, who are they!" I ask her when she was born and she said 1994. So I said, "Have you ever heard of the Beatles?" She said, "Oh yeah, everyone's heard of the Beatles."

I can still understand you're not hearing these songs based on our difference of age. I'm a good 8 years older than you. So, with your love for 70s music, you like the 3 I posted?

Don't love them, don't hate them. I will admit, though I got really tired of "Dreadlock Holiday" when Sirius had the Yacht Rock channel.....they played that song a ton on that station.
