Some how I doubt they collected much evidence, that'd just be sad, as a criminal justice major, I'd think that guy was just out to make a name for himself if he seriously tried to make a case out of it.

Cops shouldn't look deeper into a violation of parole when evidence is right there for the taking. I'm sure you're doing well in school...

When stopping people at check points it's not usually common practice to take other people's vomit(not facing charges)samples to cross reference them later on down the line...

If you run an ID and it comes back on probation with no alcohol on a guy throwing up out a passenger window, you skip it???

I'm 10000% positive he can not consume a drop of alcohol for the probation in Florida, and I'm 99.9% sure it's part of the plea for drug charges in the COV. If I know, I'm sure it's not hard for State and City police to figure out...
