While the "harm" factor is debatable to you and me, the act seems to fall under the PI requirements. Secondly, the "he's only harming himself" argument doesn't quite fly with narcotics either, right?

September 27, 200619 yr My opinion on the matter has nothing to do with my like or dislike of the Bengals, but at some point all this has got to come to a stop. If you feel you can go on without the players, then do so... And even if you don't, it's worth a try. Nothing short of a year long suspension (at the very least, IMO) is going to do anything to these guys, and maybe not even that would work. I just hope they all get their heads together...Such promising careers, I don't want to see them ruined by something so stupid.

That's what's getting them into trouble it's the money... I personally find it extremely hard to believe that they could get away with taking all their pay without getting into a HUGE union battle...
September 27, 200619 yr But are those restrictions in only those states, bc he wasn't in either one. That's all I'm asking Obviously, those restrictions would be enforced in all 50 states. You should know that.
