I'm not positive on the one in KY. I am on the one in Florida...

See my man, we can't jump the gun on these things. Let me know if you find out though.

Sorry for the wordage slip, I'm watching the NFL Network and Baseball Tonight while posting. If you run an ID and it comes back on probation with no alcohol on a guy throwing up out a passenger window, you skip it???

But would they really run Henry's ID in that situation.....I mean one would assume they knew exactly who he was.....

I'm not jumping the gun on the Florida situation. He's not allowed to drink. Period. End of story. If he drinks, he goes to jail...

The driver can't stand up straight, and the passenger is throwing up. It would seem that checking on all involved would be a good idea...

In florida? Or anywhere?

GT are you getting old or something?

In florida? Or anywhere?

How much more clear do I need to be? On the Florida charge he can not drink. Anywhere. At all. He got off on a felony gun charge, so the terms he was given less than two weeks ago are very real. I think it's too clear for comfort that he is still not paying attention...

At 23, I'm sure I had a trip or two that way that could have resulted in the same police tape. It is what it is...

IMO, I really don't think it matters.....These days professional athletes are treated like gods in our legal system.....If Ray Lewis gets off for murder, I don't see any reason Henry won't get off for violating probation.

I have yet to hear a peep about his "droppings" being tested, so he's in the clear. I'm simply pointing out that throwing up so you couldn't be tested is the worst thing he could do in that situation. He was a passenger, so they can't test him unless he makes a fool of himself. Looks like he got away with both...

I'm sure we both have GT, now though do you think the arresting officers didn't do their job properly, or was it simply over looked?

I wasn't there so I have no clue. I would guess that if you ran Henry, there would be a red flag response from dispatch. Hearing his name is a red flag response for most of the country on days other than Sunday... ;)

GT - here's my concern with your argument: If the police were informed that CH had alcohol restrictions, why wouldn't they simply give him a BA test based on probable cause (ie vomiting)?

There is not a law that forces you to take a BAC, right? If he throws up, there it is...
