The very concept of not believing any news source is a huge problem. For every article supporting one point from a perspective you have one discounting it from another. Even facts have become questionable to both sides if they don't support their position. Who has the corner on facts? Does anyone really? For every one study coming out the other side will have a different one that they find valid to discount it.

 

Frankly we are like Sisyphus on this forum these days. Leaving it closed is probably a better option unless some of you are wearing thick helmets to bash your heads against opposing walls at each other. :isurrender:

Multiple news sources have said the WH asked the WaPo to not post everything. That by itself should tell you they're not wrong.

 

WH is playing word games with their denials and responses. The only thing missing is a "what is is" line.

 

This WH is so bad that everyone is leaking info. That's not good on any side but it's telling as to the occupant. However, I'm pretty sure that if you try to make the intel community look bad, as this POTUS has, they almost always win. Tough lesson to learn.

The banning of laptops have been in discussion from foreign countries for over a month. I'm not sure what to think of this specific instance yet. My problem with the media and many in this thread is the tone that something criminal happened. If Trump did what the Wapo said it's legal. It is that simple. The debate should be on the info and if we agree with the sharing .

 

Condescending posts like @Clyde about a pat on the head do nothing for discussion. If it did happen, what did Trump get in return? WAPO will not report that it does not fit an agenda.

 

Let's remeber the supposed reputable Wa post was the paper who has had multiple discredited articles since Trump including Russians hacking National Power Grid.
