February 25, 20179 yr Author Tight game throughout........Big play was with the score tied at 80 and 1:16 left UIC called for an intentional foul for basically "pulling the pants" of a Norse back door cutter to prevent an easy layup. Norse then went up 84-80 after the foul shots and possession.

February 25, 20179 yr How crazy would it be for the Norse to win their conference tournament and make the big dance. I know the odds are long , but crazier things have happened.
February 25, 20179 yr Phenomenal game. The place doesn't get packed like it should, but I'll say this, the fans that are there absolutely get into it. Really fun exciting atmosphere that I'm glad to be a part of. Coach has to COY. This team loses only Cole. They are going to be a legit force next year and beyond. I'm just gonna enjoy the rest of this season though. It would be awesome if people could pack the house Sunday against Valpo and show their appreciation for the job this group has done this season.
February 25, 20179 yr Took in my first Norse game at BB&T tonight, and it was great! We were last row of the lower deck and still had phenomenal viewing. Thought we were in for a rough night the way it started, but they got it cranked up to finish the first half. Back and forth second half kept it exciting. (Norse seemed to get beat a lot on the boards tonight, hope that doesn't continue into the postseason.)
