February 20, 20179 yr I had a buddy post these pictures on FB. No idea where they came from because I can't find any info on the Reds getting new Uniforms. I'd love if it were true because I am burnt out on the current design and I really like these.
February 20, 20179 yr I haven't seen anything about it. I don't believe they are changing anything for this year. Might be spring training gear.
February 20, 20179 yr Not much of a change on the displayed jersey, just different color sleeves and red "C" instead of outlined "C" on home shirt. Lettering and setup on both home & away still the same. Might just be a changeup by an apparel company in order sell some Redlegs jerseys.

Majestic has got to sell what they can before Under Armor takes over in a few years.
March 3, 20179 yr Those are awful. I wish they'd ditch the black and bring back the Navy. I'm a big fan of the blue highlights in a lot of the old unis. Looks WAY better than black.
March 3, 20179 yr Current unis definitely need an upgrade. I'm okay with the current unis...they're not bad uniforms, but I would still say they could be improved upon.

March 6, 20179 yr The worst thing that is happening imo with the uniforms is going to too many color schemes to where you can't just see a glimpse of a team on tv today and know right away who it is. The traditional colors of teams has gone away for the most part. Unless you pay attention every year to what some college teams will be wearing for that year you have no idea who the team is when they wear a different color.
