Mason County Coaching Change Rumors

Featured Replies

Doesn't he have just 1 10th regional title? If so, sorry not good enough in my opinion to be listed amoung all time best.

One with Mason and one with Pendleton.

Biggs won at least two Regional titles while at Pendleton Co. Plus one at Mason last year, which was not expected. His style of play has been fun to watch over the years. And IF he had came to Mason County two years sooner....I assure you he would have had two more 10th region titles to add to his resume. Without doubt.

I stand corrected.

I thought he won back to back titles with the group at Pendleton. Either way, he is a great Coach.

Mike Baxter has been on a lot of Mason County forums.. I don't think that is the case. Moreover Buddy has been doing this a long time and I don't think he gets on this site or lets it affect him.

Can't reconcile your statement..."lots of Mason Co. forums" for a BGP member for all of 3 days and a total of 10 posts. Just sounds like a person with an agenda. Maybe not.

Hearing words from MCHS about Buddy Biggs retiring from coaching to allow Brad Cox to become head coach of the Royals. Anyone else heard anything else on this subject?

With Coach Cox already coaching the girls, this might have a domino effect as to who goes where in the system

This thread is comedy.

Some things sound true. Buddy Biggs I think is soon to retire. But Brad Cox getting hired sounds wrong. At least wait til the seasons over.

This thread needs to wait until the season ends.

Based on some of the stuff that's happened there in the last 2 years, Mason County should look at the parenting issue more than the coaching issue. Just my opinion of course.

I can think of 100000 better ways to spend $20 than to try and destroy the MCHS basketball program over the internet. ?

Buddy Biggs said in an interview after the loss to Scott High last night in the 10th Region Quarterfinal -"I'm not going anywhere."

Only right to do so, common decency.
