I think EVERYTHING needs to be split between the 4 schools.

Including the labor hours to pull off the event? Lots of volunteers help out to host. I'm OK with them getting a little extra.

The parking the concessions the bathrooms, brooksville has no restaurants to grab dinner before or after the game and as early as you have to get to the igloo for a seat no time for dinner anyways,

Are all the schools paying evenly to stock the concession stand in your world? Who's paying for the roll of tickets? The paper cups at the end of each bench? The police and EMT? The new net to replace the one the winner cuts down?

If each school is putting the same monetary number into the tournament, sure. Split it. If the host foots the bill, they earned that $1,800.

Unrelated to the above, who pays the officials during the post-season?

Then when you go back home to Maysville you can go somewhere? Really not as big of a deal as you're making it out to be.

All of that is taken out before the money is split 4 ways.

Then refer to post #46.

I mean everything, take out your expenses and split the rest.

For families with kids on a school night it's a big deal.

would love to see a similar crowd in there in about 9 hours.

ya. this argument doesnt hold water in districts. No one is traveling that won't go through Maysville, or be a few minutes from home to the venue.

But remember, it's been established among these schools, that it's perfectly reasonable to vote for ones own self interest, regardless of how it affects everyone else involved.

It's fine to vote what's best for your school, but when u get old voted that's simple math I'd think, 3 voted for Mason to host 1 vote for bracken !!

Does the Fieldhouse serve Webber Farms Pulled Pork BBQ? :lol2:
