This is great news. Maybe one day people will take a long look at our prison systems and get behind prison reform and sentencing reform the same way they got behind Trump. Maybe taking people's money and using it to give prisoners sex change could be the one thing that triggers people to take a hard look at what is really happening in these prisons and who is funding them.

I wish they all could be California girls.

You really cannot make this stuff up. I wonder what the percentage of California residents are actually OK with this. I mean I don't think tax payer money should be used for ANYONE's sex change operation...certainly not a convicted murderer. This is just crazy on so many levels.

I think with properly placed charges, California could be blown off the continental US and become it's own island. Hauled westward by barge to the next land mass.

We are funding them but the prison industry as a whole needs to be reformed but it won't because too many important people are making money off of them.
