On the way to work this morning, listening to the KSR radio show and they were saying that Indiana agreed to a 2 year series with Louisville in Indianapolis, the same place that Kentucky offered to play both games with Indiana refusing to agree. Matt Jones had said that Cal would die before he went back to Bloomington.

So will UK and Indiana finally agree on a 2 year series anytime soon?

It's funny that IU agreed to games in Indianapolis with UL but not UK. But yeah, Coach Cal and Kentucky are the problem this game has died.

Indiana fans are the reason this game has died.

Their behavior in 2011 was WAY over the line.

I'm not sure that I'll jump on bored with that sentiment.

I believe you have two coaches and two programs that are stubborn and sticking to their guns. But I think this new development with IU scheduling games against UL in Indy makes IU look a little more ridiculous in all of it to me.

I was there. I think the series died when 5,000 fans chanted "you're a fat a**!" At Anthony Davis' mom.

That's not the reason it died. And even if it were, that is EXTREMELY weak.

Yep. That's what UK does. Once they lose at a venue, they never play there again.

Then why won't they play a home and home? Obnoxious fans are a part of playing a true road game, so Wireman's poor excuse there shouldn't apply.

To add, I'm not saying IU isn't at fault here either, but UK not willing to play in Bloomington is the blocker here, IMO.
