I don't think it would affect his job at Michigan but does anyone think it does? It has zero effect on his job security at Michigan. As much as people may not like him, he is one of the best coaches in America and made Michigan into one of the best teams in the country is just 2 years.

I don't really like either team...That said, the center flinches with his right arm/shoulder right before the Michigan player jumps. I've watched it 20 times. It is a very slight flinch, but he does right as the back goes in to motion.
