November 18, 20169 yr I could give a dissertation on Shoplifting. I used to teach a 3 hour block on Shoplifting in our Mini-Academy. And for anyone that cares, it mostly revolved around probable cause arrests and a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo but we covered Shoplifting inside out and upside down. Ooh! Ooh! Can I come in and show the group how easy it is? I had a bad thing way way back in the day, and I got really good at it.
