I was up in the press box, if it was done, done inadvertently. It was soooo loud at the game, you couldn't hear anything up there. Kind of like listening to music on headphones. Can't hear what's going on around you. I doubt the players could hear it. There were complaints that the crowd couldn't even beat the National Anthem. The PA speakers were up as high as they could go, still not loud enough.

 

I guarantee you the players could hear it, cause I was halfway down the stands and the person next to me mentioned it was going on while SKs offense was on the field. And it was so loud then that we had to yell to hear each other.

I'm sure it was just a mistake. It only happened once.

By the way, I love that stat keeper for SK. That kid is really cool. A Real SK Fan. Get's excited up there in the press box for big plays. I challenge anyone to beat him in football trivia. I didn't catch his name, but he is a real bundle of joy. A student volunteering to do stats as opposed to cheering in the stands. He was Awesome. Rememberd plays that happened series prior. He'd be a perfect Fact Checker for the Hillary Clinton campaign.

I wanna see these 2 meet again in the Semi-Finals, 2 NKY teams battling for a chance at the State Title game, would be a must see in NKY, both teams will have some tough battles if they want to get to that point though. I wouldn't count a rematch out at all though.

A lot of it is record based. Strength of schedule should have more weight but I guess it doesn't. I don't know most all of the teams on the list. Can't say how good they are this year or last or next. I would assume maxpreps has a little more info on the national scene than the average kentucky guys. If the national rankings mean nothing because Ryle is on it then it was garbage for the other teams that were on it in the past also.
