October 25, 201610 yr It was really hard to watch. Very disturbing. I knew it was coming from the comic books. But will add that when Glenn was killed the same way in the comics it was such a turn off to me thar my interest in the comics dwindled.

October 25, 201610 yr One thing that seems odd about the show as a whole is that it appears that Carl and Rick are the two most disliked characters on the show. Is that a fair assessment? Don't see that very often with shows that are as popular as TWD is. Usually if the main characters are unlikable, a show doesn't last.

October 25, 201610 yr I have a love hate relationship with Rick. He has his moments. Same. There are seasons where I wish they killed him off. There are other seasons where he has been really good. I can't wait for Carl to eat it.
October 25, 201610 yr Author I have a love hate relationship with Rick. He has his moments. Agreed. The worst was when he started seeing visions of Lori. I hated what they did with him during that stretch. In the comics, he kept most of that to himself, but he totally cracked up in the show. I'm not a huge fan of Carl, but I don't hate him as much as everyone else. His mother, on the other hand, was easily the worst character on the show. No redeemable qualities whatsoever.
