Add Zeitler and Obueghi to the sad offensive lineman list...

Andy isn't Russell Wilson... if he has to try to be that kinda QB, it's gonna be a long season.

O-line has to get things tightened up...

To put things in perspective. In Zimmer last year here in 2013 the Bengals ranked 26th in the nfl in the amount of times they blitzed. In 2014 under Paul G. They ranked 27th in amount of times they blitzed. So to say Zimmer blitzed a lot more is not true.

What he did was show blitz more though, which Paul G does not do and should do more of. That I agree with.

Either way if they can't stop the run then non of this matters. Embarrassing.

Let me get more specific:

Under Zim in 2013 the Bengals blitzed 24.75% of the time

Zim in Minnesota 2014 and thus far 2016 28% +

Guenther in 2014 21%

Guenther thus far in 2016 21%

According to PFF

Significant difference. Minnesota's d-line is every bit as good as the Bengals.

We just disagree, I want to play aggressive and you want to lay back and hope the front four can get there and our DB's can cover which they can not.

You said the same stuff last year and the Bengals were in the top 5 in the nfl in holding qbs to the lowest qbr and completion percentages in the nfl. So obviously perception was not reality for you. As Bengal fans every completion seems like the worst thing in the world because it's our team. When in reality most nfl teams last year and this year were a lot worst against the pass.

So I am for our defense doing what they have shown they are good at and not trying to be something else. Even under Zimmer who everyone loved. The Bengals were in the bottom 5 in amount of times they blitzed.

I do agree Paul G can mix it up more and even if he doesnt blitz he can at least show it like he is. That is what Zimmer did well. He didn't blitz much but did show blitz a lot.

Let me get more specific:

Under Zim in 2013 the Bengals blitzed 24.75% of the time

Zim in Minnesota 2014 and thus far 2016 28% +

Your comparing Zimmer in Minnesota where he is in charge to when he was in Cincy. As you just shown while in Cincy he did not blitz a lot more as you claimed. Yes he blitzed a little more which made them 26th in the nfl in Blitzing in 2013, and the next year under Paul G the Bengals went to 27th.

You said they blitzed a lot more under Zimmer and that simply was not true during his while time in Cincy. With the Vikings he has blitzed a lot more though. Maybe that has something to do with Marvin for why he didn't blitz as much here.

Bengals had third and long and Cowboys blitzed and Dalton had no time and Was running for his life. Incompletion. Thanks all I am saying?

It simple the Bengals are not the steelers and blitz a lot. The Bengals didn't blitz much with Zimmer either. They have been in the bottom 5 and 10 in the nfl in blitzing for like the last 7 years. Which most of the time they been a top 10 defense that way. Today's problem is not pressure on qb, it's not stopping the run.

Personally I don't care how much they blitz. I just know the Bengals are behind 21-0.

The Bengals are getting taken to the woodshed.

Nugent overall has done well this year. However it sure seems like anytime the team is playing bad, he misses kicks that just makes it worst.

In today's nfl 50 yard field goals are made much more. However with Nugent it's almost expected he will miss from 48 or more.

Embarrassing. Well 2 years ago the Pat's had a game like this before they played the Bengals. When Bill said the famous line were on to Cincinnati. So even teams like the Pats and Steelers have games like this. Maybe the Bengals can do the same. However it's hard to see that being possible. This is horrible.

Rumor is that Marvin and coordinators are going to get an extension after the game.

I hope AD just doesn't get killed the remainder of the way. If AJ gets close to beating them, they are going to grab him.. They are not gonna give up a big play.
