I don't think Hannah had anything to do with Ken flipping on David.

 

Seems she didn't think she had much to do with it either or else she would have mentioned it last night when given the perfect opportunity.

Is that right? Final tribal was 3 hours long? I would like to see more of that than what we saw in the edited version. Is it online anywhere?

To me, it says quite a bit about what the people who played the game thought about Ken & Hannah's game play when Adam had a clean sweep. I might be wrong, but I don't think it's typically unanimous.

Chris campaigned for him before they found out. I wouldn't have thought chris would campaign for him in a millions years. Jess was voting for Adam too because she specifically made note to mention to Ken how she thought he made a bad move not taking Dave and it made him look weak.

Those were two votes that before tribal i had pencilled in the Ken column. He didn't have to mention his mom passing away, but do you blame him. If he mentions it early in the show they vote him out because if he makes it to the end he has a great story. If he doesn't tell it and he loses he would always regret not knowing if he would have gotten sympathy votes. YOU PLAY TO WIN THE GAME. You aren't complaining about Ken trying to play the sympathy card by talking about being a poor, single father. Ken was actively trying to play it while Adam was actively trying to hide it. But yet you're mad at Adam about it? That's an unfair double standard.

I'll be honest. I'd have a lot more respect for him if he would've came back a season or two later and played.

I understand the logic and it would be insanely hard to leave your mom in that condition. But what would his mom get from him being around. Him being around would not have saved her life. But him being on survivor gave her and him something to fight for and something tangible to look forward to. A million dollars could have helped change his moms life and it will change his family's life now that she is gone. I personally believe he made the right choice even if he hadn't of won. I feel like every parent- child relationship has that one external thing that builds their relationship. For my dad and I it's Bengals football. To Adam and his mom it is Survivor. Her knowing that he is out there playing survivor made her happier than him physically being with her.

I cannot think of any Survivor winner who made more bad, even just plain stupid, moves and won. Adam was blindsided and on the wrong side of so many votes it is funny. He was played the fool so many times in that game. He never learned to keep his mouth shut. He complained about what a stupid move it was for Hannah to vote out Bret - how about his stupidity in revealing to Hannah that he had an idol? She is a known flipper who can't be trusted and yet he reveals to her he has the idol. If he keeps his mouth shut, Dave is out and Bret is in. There was no good reason to tellHannah that he had the idol.

 

With all of this and he still won the mil. Between that, and the fact his mother hung on till he got home, can make one believe in angels. And some angels may be better, or luckier, than others.

For me, that is his best argument to be the winner. In other words, look how bad a game I played and I still made it to the final three.

It was a terrible move by Ken to vote Bret out because he should have voted David out, but it was a completely terrible move by Ken to vote David out next. Doesn't that seem hypocritical to anyone else?

 

Ken had no chance at that final tribal because he isn't capable of shaping his case verbally.

Exactly. He was horrible but he made it to the end so he was the best.

Ken winning immunity challenges carries a lot of weight for me and obviously it carries more weight for me than most of you here since y'all love Adam so much. You know how you avoid getting voted out? Win immunity challenges. How that isn't a part of strategy is beyond me. Hell, Adam's immunity challenge strategy was to watch everyone else try to win and pray the wind blew their bowls down. :lol2: :no:
