I agree with that as well, I see the Pirates getting thier offense in gear this week.

The field will definately be sloppy. They have been doing some work on the track so im sure it has caused some damage to the field. LC field never was that great when it got wet. But hey just be glad your not playing at SC, would be a mud bowl.

Well i dont believe that would happen and if they thought about moving the game to another location then you probably would have already heard about it.

LC's field is in great shape it's the first game this year and nobody has practiced on it the track work is done and looks great I don't think they have the stripe's on it yet but that work never had any thing to do with the field Sure it might be wet but that field has a real large crest on it now thiers no water that stands on the field any were .

Large crest? Sounds like Vipperman. Belfry will be running downhill!

I would bet to say that the field at LC will be in better shape than Belfry's Vipperman was for the Russell game a couple of years ago.

Maybe you mean the Breathitt Co game of 2002?

 

The field was in pretty good shape for the 2004 playoffs when Russell visited.
