Jury decisions, I already gave you a great example of how jury decisions go both ways. A black jury frees a black man of murder and I'm sure a white jury has found guilty a black man of murder. This isn't something that just happens against 1 race.

I guess the real question you need to ask yourself is, if you're actually doing anything in the real world to help. It's one thing to use Ponder's badge as your avatar, or to isolate other members in controversial threads for their opinions. There's more to helping than trying to be the smoothest commenter on BGP. I don't need you to make sure I've thought it through, I'm living the life and trying to keep positive encounters, while holding law breakers accountable for their actions. Wait a second. Trust me, they are not or they are stereotyped the same way CK has stereotyped all of America for a few and I mean a very few, less than .01% of all police officers.

 

Because of a bad police officer, America is labeled Opressive to the black man.

 

Yet God help any white person who says anything negative about the BLM when they purposely seek out white peoples at protests to almost beat to death. That isn't racist, but to have drug laws is racist.

Here's the major problem with Kaepernick's comment about the flag. He's either ignorant to or just plain ignoring the fact that the American flag he has such a problem with is the flag that many fought under to free blacks from slavery and the same flag that gives him the right to have his little protest, in which many of all colors including white have died for. Again, this is nothing more than symbolism over substance and attention for him and, as you can see, he's getting what he craves.
