July 16, 201610 yr The 2nd amendment has that pesky "well-regulated" phrase in there which seems to be the crux. For most it's not about banning guns (me included). FBI background checks aren't enough "regulation?" In Democratic run states now you can't have more than 10 round magazines, cards to purchase ammo.
