That's fair. And I'm not familiar enough with the case to comment specifically about it, although I'm guessing it's likely been somewhat distorted somewhat. And I do know that all cases like this have some very uncomfortable moments on the defense side. It's the defenses job to raise questions, and if they don't do their jobs, convictions can get overturned. Again, I couldn't do the job. But they area necessity for the system to work.

FWIW it wasn't some right wing spin site, some of those allegations were brought up by Bernie during the debates and then were glossed over in the coverage. The video of her in the Church trying to talk...well I'm not sure what she was trying to do...was on the national news at the time and is available many places.
